Calden isn’t just a brand – it’s a journey forward, built on a legacy that began in 1935, when Mr. Harjivandas Chavda, a pioneering shoemaker, opened his first footwear store in Raja Mehta ni Pol, Ahmedabad.
Over the next nine decades, the family business grew from a small shop into a trusted name in Gujarat’s footwear industry, expanding into multiple retail locations and becoming a leading supplier to major retail stores across the state.
Today, Calden is a new chapter in that journey, a modern brand shaped by 90 years of experience, expertise, and a deep understanding of Indian feet and Indian lifestyle.
